Entry to the campsite is between 1 pm and 8 pm unless by prior arrangement
Vacation of your pitch(es) is by 12.30pm
Checkout time for glamping pods is 11:30am and arrival is from 3pm
Payment will be required at the time of booking. A minimum deposit of 30% is required to make a booking. Booking with an arrival date within 14 days will need to be paid in full.
You will have 24 hours from time of booking to cancel, any cancellations after this period cannot be refunded.
Combs Valley Campsite is a quiet family site and we do not tolerate any disruptive or aggressive behaviour.
We treat all our guests with the utmost respect and expect other site users to do the same. Any clients behaving in a disruptive or aggressive manner will be asked to leave immediately with no refund given.
Any vehicles left unattended without communication for a period of more than 3 days, which we consider to have been abandoned will be moved at the owner’s cost.
